We hear its a dry heat in Arizona-what type of clothes should I bring?
The biggest thing to remember when traveling to Arizona is always always bring water with you as your main accessory. Dehydration can happen to anyone and it is far from fun. Evenings can require a long sleeve t-shirt or a lightweight sweater especially if in a air conditioned restaurant. Days with temps as high as 115* try a tiny bikini or a pair of light weight trunks. Midseason temps are a bit cooler in the 80's. Casual wear is always acceptable.
I'm arriving after office hours where do I pickup my keys for my suite?
Office hours are 9am -5pm Monday thru Friday.
The e-mail you receive 7 days before your arrival will provide a lockbox code and all the other pertinent information that you will need including parking space and gate code to the community.
What household items do I need to bring?
The STAY provides everything except groceries. We include bed linens, towels-pool and bath, starter paper products, laundry soap, kitchen soaps-dishwasher and dishwashing, starter bath soaps and shampoo, cleaning supplies, salt and pepper, coffee and filters.
While each vacation rental is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our guests’ arrivals, management offers mid-stay housekeeping services or towel service, upon request, for an additional fee.
What are our departure responsibilities?
Leave property reasonably clean and in reasonable order. (Note: additional cleaning charges may apply).
Kitchen items (dishes, cookware, etc) clean and returned to their proper place.
Dispose of all trash in proper outside containers.
Lock all windows and doors. Confirm that keys and amenity cards or FOB's have been left on the kitchen counter with the second door key.
